On-line registration
For the convenience of our patients, we have provided the possibility of on-line registration. Fill out the form to make an appointment.
Step 1
From the drop-down list on the left, select the type of visit you are interested in.
Step 2
Choose the doctor you want to sign up for. Then press the button: "SEARCH FOR A FREE DATE"
Step 3
Enter the security code from the picture and select the day and time of your visit that suits you.
Step 4
Enter your contact details. If necessary, we will contact you to confirm the date of your visit.
