Treatment allowance at vita-dent dentistry center
We kindly inform you that in the case of arranging long, over 60-minute visits, we charge a prepayment for treatment in the amount of PLN 50. The prepayment shall be deducted from the cost of treatment at the time of its settlement. The prepayment is forfeited in the event of the patient's failure to appear for the visit or in the event of cancellation of the visit later than min. 6 hours ahead of schedule. The deposit is returned in the case of informing the office by phone about the resignation or postponement of the visit min. 6 hours before the scheduled date of the visit. The allowance is intended to secure the doctor's working time with planned longer visits and may be charged when planning the following dental procedures:
- treatment under the microscope
- laser teeth whitening
- prosthetic treatment
- surgical treatment
- implantation treatment
The allowance for treatment is also taken in the case of an earlier 2-fold failure to report the patient for an appointment without prior notice. The deposit should be paid in the office or by bank transfer to the account. Account no. is provided in the contact tab. We are going to receive a payment for long dental treatment to allow the shortest possible appointments to our doctors.
